Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the BannedNation service (the "Service" or "Seller") and any individual using the website and purchasing digital goods (the "User" or "Buyer").

By making a purchase or registering on the website, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Service grants the User the ability to acquire non-exclusive rights (license keys) to use digital products (software, game modifications, utilities). All goods are purely digital (a string of characters/a key) and are delivered automatically to the User's dashboard.

3. Registration and account security

• The User is personally responsible for keeping their login and password safe.
• Transferring an account to third parties is prohibited.
• In case of suspicious activity, the Service reserves the right to temporarily freeze the account pending investigation.

4. Refund Policy

Because the Service sells digital goods that can be compromised as soon as they are viewed, strict refund rules apply:

A refund is not possible if:

• The key has been activated by the User.
• The User changed their mind, did not like the game, or purchased the product by mistake.
• The User's computer does not meet the product's system requirements.
• The developer released an update that makes the product temporarily unavailable (it went into "Updating" status).
• The game developer and/or the developer of the anti-cheat protection system has made changes to its detection mechanisms, as a result of which certain functions of the Product have partially or fully stopped working, or have been flagged by the anti-cheat system. Such changes are made by third parties, are beyond the Service's control, and do not constitute grounds for a refund, key replacement, or any other compensation.

A refund or key replacement is possible if:

• The issued key was invalid from the start (expired before sale, generation error).
• The User provides an unedited screen recording covering the period from payment to the failed activation attempt.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is not liable for:

• Bans or suspensions of the User's game accounts. The User assumes all related risk.
• Software malfunctions caused by Windows updates, antivirus software, or game updates.
• The actions of third-party software developers.

6. Rules for using digital goods

The User is strictly prohibited from attempting to hack, decompile, or modify the purchased software, or from reselling license keys. Violating these rules may result in the cancellation of the User's license without a refund.
